Standard individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. These sessions provide dedicated time to explore your concerns, build insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward your therapeutic goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. Individual therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences, reconnect with what matters most, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
I help clients develop practical skills to navigate difficult emotions, increase psychological flexibility, identify personal strengths, and build on what is already working. Rather than getting stuck in the problem, we'll work together to create meaningful, values-driven change while honoring your unique experiences and goals.
Therapy with children and adolescents is tailored to each client's developmental stage and individual needs. Sessions typically range from 30–45 minutes, depending on the child's age, attention span, emotional regulation, and ability to participate in a way that best supports meaningful therapeutic work. Parents and caregivers may be included for portions of the session when clinically appropriate to promote collaboration, provide feedback, and support progress outside of therapy.
Children and teens experience the world in unique ways, and their emotions are often expressed through behavior, play, or relationships rather than words alone. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, school concerns, or life transitions, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space where they feel understood and empowered.
Using a developmentally appropriate, strengths-based approach I help children and adolescents build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, increase resilience, and develop confidence in navigating life's challenges. Therapy focuses on practical, achievable goals while celebrating each child's strengths and helping them move toward the life they want to live. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers, providing support and strategies that encourage growth both in and outside of the therapy room.
Couples and family therapy starts at 50 minutes per session but may be extended based on the needs of the couple or family.
Relationships are at the heart of our well-being, but even the strongest relationships experience challenges. Couples and family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, navigate conflict, strengthen connection, and better understand one another.
Whether you're working through life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship stress, or recurring patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, therapy can help foster healthier interactions and more meaningful relationships. Together, we'll identify each person's unique strengths, build practical skills, and create lasting changes that support the health of your relationship and family.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs and goals of each couple or family. I strive to create a space where every person feels heard, respected, and empowered to participate in the therapeutic process.
