Individual, Couple and Family Psychotherapy session: $150
I believe that quality mental health care should be accessible and transparent. My standard fee is $150 per session.
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need and current availability. If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your situation and determine whether a reduced-fee opening is available.
Occasionally, additional time may be clinically beneficial or requested to address more complex concerns, process significant events, or complete important therapeutic work. Sessions that extend beyond the standard appointment length will be prorated based on the standard session fee.
For example:
50-minute session: $150
75-minute session: $225
If an extended session is recommended or requested, we will discuss this together whenever possible before additional time is provided.

Helian Counseling is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly.
However, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill or detailed invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage.
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
